•Insist on a public meeting place. Do not meet in a secluded place.
•Do not enter someone else’s house or allow them into yours.
•Complete the transaction during daylight hours.
•Be especially careful when buying/selling high-value items.
•Consider making exchanges at one of our Safe Transaction Zones
•Take your cell phone along if you have one.
•Have someone accompany you and tell others where you're going.
•Trust your instincts.
